...For a single, annual fee

Each of the four EKNOW bundles is priced at a single annual fee, appropriate for the smallest to largest M&A or corporate development organizations. Beginning in Q4 2024, "Pipeline-Only" alternate pricing is offered at each tier.

And that's it. There is no set-up fee. No per-user fee. No storage fees, support fees, professional services fees, paid options, or other hidden fees of any kind.

Pricing for new clients is updated in January of each year. All EKNOW clients of the same annual cohort pay the same fee. Discounts are applied for multi-year contract terms, and for "pipeline-only" use cases.
